Hey guys. 😺

Unfortunately, this isn't yet the publicization of the pool scene. I won't be able to finish it in August and will have to postpone it. 😭

There are two main reasons for this:

  • In my regular job I've often had to work extra shifts for those who are on vacation the last weeks.

  • And I worked out a lot more pictures and more detailed scenes than originally planned for the pool scene.

I have an intro scene (60 pics), one with Nicole/Mirai (56 pics) and one with Jane/Kumi (82 pics). This makes a total of 198 pictures. I'll do another one with Cora/Kiara and an end scene where the "girls who visited the cafe" show up again.

I also want to apologize for not publishing as much content as I used to and for the fact that updates are taking longer. At the beginning of working on WR, the ideas and the way to get there came naturally. I was able to romp around freely on a white paper. Now I'm in the phase where I have to build on what I've established and slowly move into the second to final phase of the story. That means I can no longer romp around “freely” but have to finish telling things, answer open questions and be careful not to introduce too many new things that distract from the main story.

The initial phase of a story is easier to create because you can let everything flow out of you creatively. But in the phase after that, you have to build on what you've established and can't work too freely. I realize that it's more exhausting and I don't have as much energy for it as I used to.

In the beginning, when I was working on a scene, the feeling was: "Oh cool, I have an creative idea that I want to realize." Now it's more like: "Okay, I've established this and in order for the story to remain coherent, the following has to happen now."

I hope that makes my situation a little easier to understand. I also think that maybe this situation, - where creativity is slowly waning and it's more about the work of bringing something to a good conclusion,- is one reason why many projects don't get finished. 🤔

That being said, I want to emphasize that I'm not planning to stop working on WR, but to finish the story in any case. I just want to explain why I think I'm struggling more with the work than I used to. And therefore updates take longer.

Thanks for reading and the great support 💖🥛

Hey, I understand, I have a job myself, no rush here, it's done when it's done.

Quality takes times and life takes priority. Looking forward to the update

It is alright laddie. Take your time. We are anxiously waiting, but players just going to be like that. It is more important you don't run yourself to the ground, as we will be hear to cheer in a week and 2 months from now too.

Ah yes. That meddlesome, murky middle of story writing. This is completely normal and expected when it comes to crafting a story. You get stuck looking ahead, while having to continuously look back. You may even find yourself wishing to go back and fix things with the power of hindsight! Just take your time, and go bit by bit. Eventually you get to wrap up, get to the climax of a chapter or milestone (or even the proper end) and feel that excitement again!

You are fine, things happen I don’t mind waiting

So this is still the first stage? A second and final one in the works? Holy hell just imagine the size they'll be at, like the giant cowgirl at the farm. If you're working on so much I'm happy to wait and see the 'huge' amounts of work that you have to do

glrider

No worries.. It'll be ready at it's appropriate time.

No worries Neko; I know this time of year I myself get slammed at work a bunch and a ton of coworker vacation shifts happen. Fully understandable. And while I don't speak for everyone probably, I know I much rather would wait a week or two extra for quality content then get something rushed just for the sake of it getting released. I have been actively following since the beginning of the story and plan to be around for the full ride. This is easily one of my top 2 VN's so I am more than willing to be patient with a small delay here or there. 😃 Eagerly look forward to when the update is ready, keep up the awesome work. We all support you! This pool scene is already looking awesome based on the teasers. 😩

Jane and Cora in that first pic, though--with their boobs in contact with the others... 🥵🥵🥵🥵 Going to need a chilled pool to keep body temps in check... 😅

Jared Woods

Completely fine, do you think that for a future ep you could try MTF?

FatWorm

Thanks for the update. Looking forward to it when it comes out

sorry, I just curious is it possible to see the update this week? 🙂

Nekoma

It's unpleasant to admit it, but I probably won't make it this month. The update has become too big and is similar in size to the “beta” of Episode 9 🙇‍♂️

Art takes time and every installment was more than worth the wait. Just do your thing and the rest be dammed.
