I wanted to check Blender or other 3D programs a while ago but to be honest one of the major reasons why I haven't done that is because there's literally no pony models available for them (Not that I know of).

I saw this model for blender of Judy here: https://smutba.se/project/446/
and I though it would be fun to finally try to do something with Blender,
so I just opened the file and started playing with the program,
when I started I had literally no idea on how to do anything, I didn't wanted to watch tutorials either (or at least not for now) because when I started to learn SFM I did the same thing and I think that helped me to develop my own "style" animating on that program,
but my knowledge on SFM did help me to found out the basic stuff for myself, like how the UI works(well I understood like 10% of it lol), lights, shadows, cameras, particles, rigs, bones, etc.
But theres still A LOT of things and options on that program that I don't know what they do,
For example, I had to learn a lot of stuff just to render these pictures, its so different of what I'm use to with SFM, I ended up looking for a lot of tutorials because my old Laptop was dying everytime I wanted to render this.

At the end of the day I don't think I'll change my focus on SFM to Blender for now (not until I learn how to make my own pony models anyway), but until then I still want to check Blender out every now and then, I really learned a lot with this experience and I'm really happy how the renders turned out,
I still have a lot to learn so hopefully I can do more posts really soon with maybe other models, better poses and techniques and maybe even animations :D

Thanks for reading, I'll be back really soon with a lot more content for you guys.
