Train with the one and Oni
This month we're going to tackle low rep and heavy weight bulking workouts.
Since our trainer this month is Itto, our favorite himbo will show us how to get big, at the gym!
Of course, there will be at home version of the workout
for those of you who do not have access to the necessary equipment.

Our dedicated trainer for this month is none other than Itto, the beloved himbo powerhouse who's here to guide you on your journey to building serious muscle.
Whether you're hitting the gym or working out from the comfort of your home, we've got you covered. Itto's routines are designed for both settings, ensuring that everyone, regardless of access to equipment, can join in on the muscle-building action. However, do remember that there’s a limit to what bodyweight training can do for you, so If you are hitting a plateau and want to get big, I suggest to start lifting !

So how does it work:
- 1. First, download the Workout Calendar PDF in the attachments of this post (the digital version is clickable and the links will directly lead you to your workouts, and printing it is also a good way to motivate yourself by checking the days that were done)
- 2. Make sure you have your mat, weights are optional, a towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
And that's it! You have to do the workouts of the day 3 times each! See the instruction part for more information.
