That scene on the beach is definitely a memorable one for Pacey. I tear up each time I see the scene. The way his dad treats him is like the runt of the family, his sisters/brother are apparently all successful, Doug is following dad’s footsteps, and Pacey is the outsider goofball in their eyes. I think he’s actually stayed together pretty good in that atmosphere. And then ya got Andie helping him in school to be better so he’s making something of himself dispite his family.

I've watched this show so many times, and on this rewatch, Jack is annoying me (at this point). Especially because I know how the story goes. Like especially with his lil attitude lo. I can't believe I didn't notice it before lol
