why did they turn subtitles back off for this series?

they mentioned that they spoil the 'comedic timing'. But practically, they spoil a few major reveals, e.g Toph's name is in the subtitles before she appears on screen. I've seen a couple reactors spoiled by them.

i can’t get enough of the fighting scenes, the effort that goes into making great scenes of action feel like living art is on my screen, with time hopefully it all gets remastered again
