Hey witches! So sorry that this reading is a little bit late but posting it anyways just in case it resonates with you or interests you! Still very new at reading tarot and have been practicing! Not super comfortable remembering all of the meanings of the cards and making my own interpretations so the sources for these descriptions will be sourced below! Did this reading resonate with you? Comment below!
Card 1: 4 of Swords
What changes may this Full Moon Bring?
After the time of chaos, anger and pain depicted in the Three of Swords, the Four of Swords can signal that it is time to give yourself a break. The Four of Swords is a moment of rest, which is some change the Full Moon may bring for you. You may be used to a hectic, busy schedule and are finding it challenging to keep up. With this Full Moon, you are asked to retreat. Whether this is from a choice to withdraw, or whether it is from pure exhaustion, it is not clear. We are still tender from the wounds that were inflicted, and the battle weapons still hang above us as a grim reminder of what was lost. In order to continue and re-emerge in your daily life, you must take the time now to take a breather. There is always the faint fear that something more is bound to happen again and it is advisable that you take all chances to rest.
You need to gain strength and clarity in a quiet environment away from your current circumstances. It is time to re-evaluate, organize and understand your priorities. This helps to rejuvenate one’s spirit, and you come out stronger than before.
The Four of Swords indicates it is time to gather new strength and prepare to face a new challenge. You have faced crisis after crisis, and it is wearing you out. You can face a new challenge only after getting away from everything and embracing a new atmosphere.
Take the time to nurture yourself to re-enter life. Within us glimmers hope, and it lies quietly, waiting to reveal itself after we are healed anew.
Card 2: King of Wands
How may this Full Moon affect me?
The meaning of the upright position of the King of Wands represents pure energy. Unlike the other wands cards in the deck however, this particular one is not focused on pure creativity. Instead, this king is actually way more likely to take an idea and to decisively implement it himself. The King of Wands is a natural born leader of people, and he is also extremely capable. Once the king sets for himself a certain aim or a goal, he is going to conveniently stick to it in order to ensure that it becomes a reality. This Full Moon may affect you with new ways of rejuvenated energy after resting and retreating for a bit.
The King of Wands looks forward to all sorts of different challenges - whether great or small, for he gets a natural adrenaline rush associated with the solving of problems. This Full Moon may affect you with a new innovative energy to make decisions once you have taken a break.
Card 3: The Fool
What could I learn from this Full Moon?
The Fool card is numbered 0, which is considered to be a number of infinite potential. Consider him a blank slate, for The Fool has yet to develop a clear personality. He is the symbol of innocence - his journey to come will shape his character yet.
To see the The Fool generally means a beginning of a new journey, one where you will be filled with optimism and freedom from the usual constraints in life. When we meet him, he approaches each day as an adventure, in an almost childish way. He believes that anything can happen in life and there are many opportunities that are lying out there, in the world, waiting to be explored and developed. He leads a simple life, having no worries, and does not seem troubled by the fact that he cannot tell what he will encounter ahead.
To meet him in a reading can also be seen as a call to the risk-taking part of your own character. He inspires courage, for he understands that every day is a chance to open up new areas in your life, and with that comes a mixture of anticipation, wonder, awe and curiosity. The Fool is there to show that you can never really tell what lies ahead, and you can only greet it with joy.
