Tuesday’s are about embracing and expressing your confidence, so here’s a spell jar or spell sachet you can make! Create your jar or sachet and either carry it with you, place somewhere near your or wear it to harness its energy.

What You’ll Need:

- Orange candle: Encouragement, creativity, stimulation and attraction

- Ginger: Success, boosts spells, power, protection

- Rosemary: Protection, wisdom, health

- Mint: Prosperity, love, joy, success

- Cinnamon: heightened energy, success, protection, confidence

- Bay: heightened success, wisdom, protection, peace, happiness

- Thyme: power, love, courage

- Preferably done on a Tuesday: Strength, courage, passion, energy needed to face a challenge

- Salt: protection, cleansing

- Egg shells: protection

- Jar or sachet

- Matches

- Sharpie

What to Do:

- Cast a circle, ground yourself and remove any negative energy from your space

- Create a sigil with the intent you wish: mine was focused on making a good first impression and being confident

 - Write it on a bay leaf and put it inside the spell jar

- Add all the other ingredients

- Focus your energy and intent into the bottle making sure you’re staying positive

- Close off your spell jar and seal it with the orange wax

- Carry the spell jar with you when you need it 💗
