🧼 Sugar & Salt Scrub Spells 🧼 (Patreon)

Hello witches! So I’m honestly a huge fan of making salt and sugar scrubs and I wanted to share with you a collection of spell recipes to try. These would be great to use in the shower or a bath, whatever works for you!

💕Self Love Scrub by Sylvaetria 💕

- Dried rose or hibiscus

- Vanilla extract

- 1-3 drops lavender oil

- 1/3 c. almond or coconut oil

- 2/3 c. brown sugar

As you mix these ingredients together, listen to that music that makes you feel like the hottest shit. You’re a fucking goddess and don’t you forget it!

🔮Invisibility Sugar Scrub by Sylvaetria 🔮

- 2/3 c. white sugar

- 1/3 c. coconut oil

- Poppy seeds

- Lemongrass (oil works too)

As you use this, visualize your intent to blend in and not be noticed. in your mind, imagine your light and as you scrub your skin, see it dimming so that it’s easily overlooked.

🌞Happiness Sugar Scrub by Sylvaetria 🌞

- Bee balm or dandelion

- 1/3 c. cocoa butter

- 2/3 c. brown sugar

When you use this, listen to the music that makes you want to dance and cheers you up

📓Studying/Focus Sugar Scrub by Sylvaetria 📓

- Ginger

- Peppermint oil

- 2/3 c. coffee grounds

- 1/3 c. coconut oil

When you use this scrub, think about what you’re needing to study for and visualize acing it.

💙Calming Sugar Scrub by Sylvaetria 💙

- Green tea bag (unused)

- 1/8 c. almond oil

- 1/8 c. cooled green tea

- Mint (oil or dried)

- ½ c. sugar

Listen to calming meditation music or white noise as you use this

✨Starlight Sugar Scrub by The Manic Ami✨

A scrub spell to cleanse and promote feeling lovely.

Ingredients:

- 1 part Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 part white sugar

- 1 part sea salt

- 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil (or other oil of your choice)

- 1 drop Lavender or Rose Essential Oil

Optional:

- White Body Safe Glitter

Use:

Use on your skin to cleanse yourself and to feel beautiful. Gently apply to skin and apply in clockwise motions. Let sit for 5-10 minutes then gently wash off with water.

🚫Violation Salt Scrub by Recreational Witchcraft🚫

This scrub spell is made especially for anyone who has felt violated, experienced anything that crossed their personal boundaries or challenged their autonomy. It is made to cleanse the user of any feeling of violation or memory of someone else’s hands or eyes upon them.

I am sharing this spell in hopes that it will offer healing and peace for its users.

- Sea salt: Purification

- Olive oil: Purification and protection

- Eucalyptus oil: Deep healing & repair

- Lavender: Peace

- Basil: Courage & protection

- Lemon juice: Cleansing

Mix the ingredients together, adding lemon juice until your blend becomes a coarse paste. Use the scrub over your body while bathing. Visualize the salt scrubbing away the dead skin from your body, and the negative memories being sloughed off with the old skin. Where your skin becomes soft and raw,  envision the herbs and oils settling over your skin and infusing it with its power. The dead skin is gone, you are new and clean.

Repeat as necessary.

🧳Career Success Body Scrub by Pomegranate and Ivy🧳

- ½ cup finely ground coffee

- ¼ cup powdered milk

- ¼ cup sugar

- a couple drops of almond or vanilla extract

- 2 teaspoons honey

- ¼-1/3 cup oil of your choice, I use coconut, but almond, sesame and others will all work. You need enough moister to make it so your mixture will loosely clump if you squeeze it, but not so much that it’s ‘wet’.

This is pretty much like a cafe latte scrub! Everything in it is either associated with money or success. Plus, I strongly connect latte’s to success because of the image of business folks drinking fancy coffees. Plus, it smells great!

💅🏼Glamour Spell Body Scrub by Witchy Tips💅🏼

This body scrub is meant for anyone who wants to boost their confidence and attraction!

Ingredients:

- Sea Salt

- Pink Himalayan Salt

- Little bit of Epsom Salt

- Dried rose petals or hibiscus (oil works too!)

- Your choice of almond, jojoba, olive or coconut oil (you can also use a little bit of both)

As you shower the water works with the salt to heal and cleanse your body of negativity - allowing your confidence to shine through. The Himalayan salt also brings out natural beauty and amplifies it.

I mixed the salt and oils together until I got the consistency I wanted and then added Selenite Dust, Tiny tumbled rose quartz, and powdered Dragons Blood Resin. The Selenite removes negativity and keeps everything cleansed, While the Rose quartz promotes self love, And attraction. The dragons blood is not necessary but you can add it to everything because it adds that extra OOMPH to what ever you are doing.

🧡Simple Confidence Sugar Scrub Spell by Moe Moe Princess🧡

This is a little confidence boosting spell to use whenever you need a little extra oomph, like for job interviews! If you do your magic at night do this the night before and if you are more of a day witch do it the day of.

Ingredients:

- Sugar (finer is better cause you will be rubbing this on your skin)

- Olive oil (or whatever oil you like to put on your body)

- A tea bag, pick a flavor that screams confidence to you! I picked Orange Spice.

- And whatever else you wish to add. I added honey cause the job is working with kids and I wanted my sweet side to shine (and honey is great for your skin)

1. Do any pre-ritual activities you normally do. You can light candles, create your circle, etc. Mix the sugar and oil in a small bowl. I usually do two parts sugar and one part oil but you can do 50/50 if you want it will just be more oily.

2. Cut open the tea bag and pour the contents in the mix. You can add as little or as much as you want. It can leave quite a mess in the tub so if that bugs you or you share a bathroom you should consider it.

3. The whole time you are mixing the ingredients together think about what you want from this spell. For my job interview I thought things like “I can do this!” “I will shine” “They will love me” and “I can get this job”

4. Next get the bathroom ready! I burned an herbal bundle and added bath salts to the bath! You can do what ever helps you relax and ready for magick.

7. Keep your sugar scrub near and enjoy your bath/shower.

8. When you feel ready to begin I recommend putting on music that fills you with determination!

9. Take small handfuls of the scrub and rub on wet skin. Do this to your whole body (minus face and genitals) while visioning how you want to shine and that you are scrubbing away the negative thoughts.

10. Rinse off and I usually then wash up with soap so the oil doesn’t clog my pores.

11. Relax and let the warmth and self love fill you! Follow up with some self care or something to remind yourself that you love yourself!
