Let's talk about banishing spells! Here are some ideas for spells you could use whether you want to banish unwanted feelings, toxic people or spirits from your life.

🕯Candle Spell to Banish Negative Energies or Spirits by Spellbook of Witches🕯

Ingredients:

- A black candle (white is less symbolic but will work)

- Something to cleanse your ritual space (salt water, besom, smudging stick, etc.)

- Anything to cast a circle

- A pentacle

Cleanse your ritual space and cast your circle, focusing especially on protection. Place the candle in the center of your pentacle. If you do not have an altar pentacle, you can draw one on a piece of paper or carve it into the candle. Light the candle and say:

I call on powers far and near

To banish what’s not welcome here.

By this candle, with this charm,

I banish all that would cause harm.

This I ask, this charge I lay.

Send unwanted things away.

As you speak, imagine all negativity fleeing from you. Visualize the circle of light from the candle expanding and driving out anything negative. When you feel ready, pinch out the candle and end the ritual.

🧙A Spell to Banish Unwanted Feelings by Witchlin Grambles🧙‍♀️

This spell can range from anxiety to unwanted crushes.

Ingredients:

- Container (something that is biodegradable)

- Paper

- Pen

- Black candle (white as a substitute)

Optional:

- Basil

- Dill

- Pine

- Rose

- Sage

Cleanse the items, if you wish. On the paper, in the light of the candle, write the feelings that you wish to be rid of. Be as specific as you can. When you’re done, rip the paper into small pieces while saying:

These bad feelings live here no more

I cleanse these feelings from my core

Banished by this candle of black,

The bad is gone, it won’t come back.

As I will it, so mote it be.

Put the pieces in the container with other optional ingredients. Blow out the candle. Bury the item far away from you. The earth, if you decided not to use the herbs, will aid in absorbing the bad feelings.

🐈‍⬛Black Cat Banish Gossip Spell by Sea Shellies🐈‍⬛

1. Hold a black cat candle in your hands, charging it with your desires.

2. Burn it on a waxing moon to minimize and eliminate gossip.

🌑Banishing Spell for People by Pigeon🌑

Purpose: To banish a person from your life.

What You’ll Need: Chili powder. Sea salt. Cinnamon. Red pepper flakes. Black pepper.

Step One - Mix your herbs together in a mortar and pestle, being careful not to get any of it on you.

Step Two - Find a way to get this powder on the person you want to banish shoes, specifically on the bottoms.

Step Three - Recite:

Hit the road. You are removed.

Pack your bags. I banish you.

Step Four - After the person leaves, sweep up any remaining powder residue.

🪞Enchanted Mirror - A Spell to Send Your Enemies Away by The Living Wiccan🪞

Items Needed:

- A mirror

- Something you can use to write on the mirror (lipstick, eyeliner, etc.) - recommend that it’s something you can easily get off of the mirror

- A black candle - optional

Step 1: Light the candle if you decided to use one. Sit and think about the person or people you want to send away from you. Think about what they’ve done to you and how you want them to be sent away. Do you want them to move or just get away from you?

Step 2: After you’ve thought about what’s mentioned in step 1 for a while, write the names of the person/people you want to be sent away from you. Again, think about what they’ve done to you and how you want them to be sent away, but think about it briefly this time.

Step 3: Look into the mirror and say the following:

“This person has wronged me in many ways,

And, due to them, I have suffered

for quite a number of days.

I wish for them to leave me be,

I want them to get away from me.

Send them far, send them away.

Don’t let them return. Where they are sent, let them stay.

They will never bother me again.

As this spell finishes, let the granting of this wish begin.”

(If it’s multiple people, just change the first line to say “These people have”)

Step 4: Take a cloth or something and wipe their name off the mirror. As you do this, say “As I wipe their name away, so shall they be sent away.”

Blow out the candle.

🕯A Wax Talisman For Banishing by Lodge Witch🕯

This spell is for anyone that needs to be rid of someone that pesters, harasses or otherwise bothers them.

Gather the following items:

Black candle, parchment paper/greaseproof paper, needle, sharp knife and black string or ribbon.

What to do:

- Light the candle.

- Focus completely on the person that you wish to remove from your life.

- Drip the wax onto the paper so it forms a circle.

- With the needle, pierce a hole in the top of the wax circle.

- As you do this, say: “this needle pierces your interest in me, from your actions I am now free”

- Once the wax has hardened, use the knife to etch the persons initials into one side of the talisman.

- When you’ve done that, strike them out by drawing a cross over them.

- Loop ribbon or string through the hole in the top of the talisman and wear around your neck, under your clothes.

You can create more to hang over your doorways at home, etc…

Please note, you do not have to use this chant, you can also make your own.
