Hey witches! Here is a printable of a spell jar you can make for peaceful sleep! You don’t have to use all of the ingredients listed in this printable and you can swap some, too. There are more crystals and herbs that can be used for having a good night’s sleep other than the ones pictured but you can use this printable as a guide! You can download and print this out for your Grimoire, Book of Shadows or whatever you choose. There are two styles to choose from when you download the PDF: vintage background and white background. I have a binder that acts as a Grimoire so if you have something similar, this could be added if you’d like! You can even just print it out to hang up or simply keep in a folder, too.
