Ostara is arriving tomorrow, witches! I wanted to share a simple Ostara Eve ritual and an Ostara Seed Spell with you. The Spring Equinox is a time for balance, with light and dark being in equal length. Mother Nature is undergoing a shift, the weather is warming up, seeds are starting to sprout, livestock is giving birth and the wild animals are peeking out from hibernation.

πŸ•― Ostara Eve Ritual (from Raven and Crone) πŸ•―

This is an easy ritual you can perform on the eve of Ostara. Take a purple or violet candle and light it while burning patchouli incense. Take these with you while going throughout your home, and say:

"Farewell to wintry spirits and friends; On morrow we greet the spirits of spring. Our blessings to thee as your way we wend; And merry we'll meet next winter again. Blow out the candle and say: Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again."

🌱Ostara Seed Spell 🌱

The best time to perform Ostara rituals would be dawn with the sun rises. You can do this spell outside to connect with the Earth or you can do this indoors if the weather is not permitting.

Reflect on Mother Nature and the balance between light and dark. How do you connect with nature and the Earth? How do you balance darkness and light?

Next, consider what your wishes are and what you want to manifest. What seed of intention do you want to plant?

What you'll need:

- Small pot for a plant

- Coin

- Seed

- Soil

- Paper and pen

Write down what your intention, goal and desire is on the piece of paper. Put this paper at the bottom of your flower pot. You may have to fold it if you're using a larger piece (if so, fold it towards you to attract your manifestations!) Place your coin on top of your paper in the pot. Next, fill up your flower pot with soil. Take the seed that you choose (it can be any seed you want!) and plant it into the soil (don't forget to water!). Visualize and feel your dreams infusing your plant and imagine them growing along with your seed. Continue to take care of your plant and repeat the visualization process as needed!
