We are switching from Gumroad to Cults3D Store from this month and going forward.

Gumroad website payment gateway has some major issue and their customer support couldn't fix it. Also, some of our members facing some download issues.

So, we are planning to deliver the files through Cults3D Store front. So, all you need to do is just from this month (October) and going forward need to download our files through Cults3D Store front using the code - pretty much same as Gumroad.

Now, what about the older models that we created? we don't remove any older files in gumroad - so still you have access to all your files and can redeem it. Of course, if you have any issue - we always got your back. Just shoot a message and we'd find a way to send the files to you.

Sorry for the inconvenience and we try our best to make this transition - as smooth as possible. Also, want to be upfront with you guys, so you'd know what is going on.

With that being said, Gumroad is still working on alternate options and hope for the best.

Was bound to happen, with all their pearl clutching over 18+ art. Surprised you were not forced to move sooner.

When my new hard drive arrives, I'll download everything from Gumroad and then they can eat dust. ^^

I hated gumroad had problems with the payment system and no matter what I said to the customer support they weren't any help

It is what it is. Gumroad has some advantages for viewing models by creator and searches but it has some disadvantages, as well. Cults3D also has ups and downs but a major advantage to me is stability. After some other creators had issues and moved to Cults3D, I started downloading all of my content from Gumroad and backing it up to a couple of external disk drives. Some creators have also had issues with MyMiniFactory so I am pulling all of my purchased content from there, also. The lesson I have learned from these various issues over the past few months is that I cannot rely on these cloud storage solutions to maintain my purchased models. It makes me consider more and more to just build a NAS from an old computer and fill it with a bunch of drives in a RAID array or even just several drives and use something simple like a Robocopy script to replicate the data across the drives. Anyway, no worries. You create lovely models each month and I will remain a supporter whichever solution you use to distribute your content. If there are bugs swapping over to Cults, they will get solved and it will work out well in the end. If Gumroad decides to sort out their issues, cool; if they do not, cool. Do what you need to do.

So much easier to use than Gumroad. Glad y'all made the change.

This month model is not yet available for download. We are still working on it, should be ready by end of the month. You can download previous month models, Send a PM - if you haven't received those links.

I noticed in an email from Gumroad that they are discontinuing payments to creators using PayPal because PayPal has implemented new policies which include stopping payments to creators without notice. If that is what is causing the issues, I doubt they will fix it since it is an external factor impacting things.
