Hi Ninja and Aaron~ Thanks for sharing some important tips regarding healthy eating. I like the analysis you have done about the “genetic coding” with regards to organic food as opposed to GMO. That’s one dynamic introduction to the video!

Thanks for watching mate! Talking about food wasn't a tangent we planned! Looking into what we're putting into our mouths is definitely a worthwhile exercise. The benefits of organic as opposed conventional opens your eyes. Once you upgrade your knowledge. Then you can commit to implementing different practices. And upgrade again when better concepts appear. It comes down to values though. We persue things based on what is important to us. Everybody has different hierarchies of values🦶🥷

Thanks Ninja. Your videos are very helpful in teaching us a variety of health related facts. You are our health guru (alongside your very able team at MMT). One must constantly strive to upgrade knowledge. What I truly resonate with is the brilliant analogies you make in some of the videos. You are absolutely correct about everybody having different hierarchies of values. Thanks for expanding our (or atleast my) knowledge about the complexity of our bodies ~ how to treat pain (good vs bad!) and also about the holistic thought process of well being.
