Uploading issues (Patreon)

EDIT: Issue seems to be resolved now.

Heya... so I noticed now, the last 3 models I posted, the files aren't there, seems I am having some issue with uploading files, to patreon and other hosts. I am contacting my isp to see if there is something up on their end or if I need to use another browser. So apologies for that.
