I came up with a story that Never ignored, so using my executive privilege, I'm just going to post it above his :P

Being the Pyro Archon, but mortal, Mavuika is an incredibly important figure to Natlan - and it's in the nation's interest that they preserve her bloodline. While Mavuika has demured on reproduction for over 500 years, the Natlanese have demanded at the correct time, she still be capable of leaving them with an offspring - and that she'll need to prove her continued fertility.

With great hesitation, during their annual festival of fertility, Mavuika adorns the garments of fertility, to show off proudly the womb of Natlan! The festival culminates in a great drunken stupor for everyone, in which the events of the night are largely forgotten. It often results in Mavuika having to wash herself out after the evening though - good thing that she's kept firmly open with easy access via the traditional garments!

Never:

There's a little known Natlan tradition where warriors fight in the nude to prove they have no hidden weapons as a sign of honor and pride, but Mavuika has taken this a step further!

To show off that she's not hiding anything, Mavuika has had a special device made to gape her pussy wide open, letting everyone see all the way inside her.
