If, like me, you've been bombarded with social media post and pre-order emails already then you would know that Fallout 76 was announced yesterday. Within the first few seconds of the trailer they show a pipboy and I thought "I'm having one of those". After a large cup of tea and taking loads of screen grabs for reference here is where I am with the new pipboy 2000 Mk 6. If you haven't seen it already then the image below is what it looks like in the trailer. I'm hoping to have more evidence at the E3 showcase so I will have a decent model roughed out by then.

Rest assured, you guys will be getting this first so you can lord it over everyone else. I will keep you as up to date as I can so you can see the process as I go through modeling it.

Additionally, I'm almost ready to start wood grain painting Thorins sword along with the handle for the Skyrim steel axe. When I do so I will be recording it and will show you the tools and techniques I use to do it as i have loads of people ask me how I do it.

Actually can't wait for the game and model! It will be going straight on the printer! Hopefully there will be some more unique weapons in this one

This is great! I like the grate work and the visible vacuum tubes inside on the right. Are you going to make it so those could be put in and lit with LEDs?

Michael Sturdy

This is perfect I get my new

Lilykill

Yes I have a couple ideas, either you nixie tubes which would look the closest or some how get test tubes or something like that and make them look like vacuum tubes.

Shawn Hill

I like the Nixie Tube idea. I’ve got a bunch of IN-14 tubes for another project I could repurpose 2 from. :)
