Whelps, Drakes and Customs OH MY! (Patreon)

The next three months are going to be an absolute whirlwind. We've got multiple projects on the go, as well as (hopefully) MFF on the radar, so we wanted to give everyone a more expansive overview of how the schedule's going to go.

First off, Whelps
Whelps will have a soft launch, Thursdayhursday August 17th.

The listing will be available in the shop for $350 at this time, but only you guys know that. We'll be posting what we have at that time as an example, but its likely to be similar to the vulture gryphon (ie. The sketch, and colour schemes). Bones is working on a pelt example for each one, but all ten may not be done for Thurs. Since we have a limited quantity of the furs for the snow on spruce, it will be a patreon exclusive colour scheme for all tiers. When we post the launch, we'll include a code for snow on spruce that can be input at time of check-out. This is a patreon exclusive code, so no sharing please.

Since it seems the vast majority of people were interested in 2 whelps or less each, we won't be imposing a limit per person. We'll be making whelps in tandem with everything else, and there will not be a final delivery date as a result.

There will be a trello made for the whelps & drakes, so everyone can follow along.

Production will be in small batches (3-5) according to colour in order of purchase. Ie. If the first whelp ordered is a galaxy, the first batch we start will be galaxies.

Rough Timeline
Soft launch – August 17th
Full launch (across socials) – September 8th
Earliest Possible Close – September 15th
Production Starts – Late September/early October

Drake Match Whelps
We'll be using a form for drake matching whelps to keep all the info together. The form will be posted at the same time as the soft launch, August 17th, with no close date.
These lil guys will be semi custom with basic designs at $400 and complex at $500. Same specs apply for customs as usual; basics will not include pattern alterations, and complex can. For example, if you have the piebald peacock drake and order a matching whelp, a basic matched whelp will have the same colours as the drake within the normal pattern's lines. A complex version will have pattern-breaking splashes of white.

Payments will be invoiced as split (½ upon order, ½ upon completion) and you must already have a drake (or a reserved design) at the time of order.
When Bones emails your confirmation of order, she'll ask for some creative 'proof of drake' pics. We'd love to showcase some of these on socials!

Drakes
The next clutch of drakes will be sometime in October if everything goes according to plan. Early bird drakes can expect their invoice today, and the following batch invoices will be going out later this month. Drakes will be on the trello with whelps to keep everybody together.

Customs
THE TIME HAS COME.
We appreciate everyone's patience; it’s been a while since we had custom spots open. We'll have a limited number of all tiers available starting August 25th and closing August 30th. These will be juried, NOT first come first served, and we ask that people limit themselves to 2 applications. We'll be making our selections August 31st.
