Robby - I’m going to respectfully disagree with what you said in the moral recap. It’s true… we are responsible for what we say and what we do. It’s the feelings I disagree with. Years ago, my wife and I went to a marriage counselor who told us that feelings are just feelings. They’re out there, and they’re neither right nor wrong. However, I’m reminded of something John Maxwell said. He said, “ thoughts, become feelings, feelings, become words, words become actions, actions becomes habit, habits, become character. Everything starts with your thoughts.” Ultimately, we can’t control our feelings really. But the best way to keep them in check is to control our thoughts. It all starts there.

I think I am getting really good therapy and adulting insights from this podcast. I had to use a sledgehammer to be seen.

I love Terry's video reactions ❤️ she is so emotive and invested!

I believe the rules around Odo's regeneration is that he must regenerate at a minimum once every 16 hours, however I do not believe that the time spent in regeneration is ever stated. There is a later episode when Odo has quarters where Quark who's quarters are below him complains about Odo oozing about all night and keeping him awake so the assumption to me is a regeneration cycle is roughly 8 hours.

Matt Edmonds

DS9 has a 26 hour day. That’s why everything is in multiples of 13/26 hours ("I want that report within 52 hours" etc.). I agree with the earlier post, I always understood Odo’s cycle as needing to regenerate once every 16 hours, but if he did regenerate for 16 hours he’d still have 10 hours left of each day :)

Becky Messer

This is exactly! Which then means his typical circadian rhythm would be 24 hours like a human’s & not 26 like how many hours are in a Bajoran day
