The Delta Flyers is a weekly Star Trek: Voyager rewatch and recap podcast hosted by Garrett Wang and Robert Duncan McNeill. I'm not the only one that loves Garrett's Kate Mulgrew impersonation, am I? Edited to add: Not sure how may of your listeners are on the younger side, but Garrett might have considered a more PG13 explanation of the reproduction process.

I’ve never liked any of the skirt hounds they put on Star Trek except Kirk. All the rest seemed sad imitations. Eventually the skill of the actors pulled the characters away from that horrible stereotype, but it is as unfair to do that to men as it is to sexualize the women. That isn’t to say there can’t be flirting and normal preening/seductive behavior, but one reason Dukat is so yukky is his smarmy predatory attitude. No need to give the heroes the same.
