[News] AV1 video encoder (Patreon)

In the NEXT update, waifu2x will introduce native support for the AV1 video encoder. All popular AV1 video encoders will be available from day one, including:

• SVT-AV1 software encoder

• Nvidia NVENC AV1 hardware encoder

• Intel QSV AV1 hardware encoder

• AMD AMF AV1 hardware encoder
