[Patch] Fix Nvidia AV1 encoder quality issue (for v3.119.18-beta) (Patreon)

This patch fixed the video quality issue of the Nvidia AV1 encoder in v3.119.18-beta.

This issue only affects v3.119.18-beta, you don't need to install this patch if you aren't using this beta version.

Follow these steps to install the update package:

• Extract and Copy Files:

  • Locate the downloaded .7z file.

  • Use a tool like 7-Zip or WinRAR to extract it.

  • Copy the extracted files.

• Close Waifu2x:

  • Ensure the software is closed before updating.

• Replace Existing Files:

  • Navigate to the original installation directory of Waifu2x.

  • Paste the copied files into this directory.

  • When prompted, confirm file replacement by clicking "Yes" or "Replace All."
