That's crazy I didn't realize he had so many big opponents. I feel like if I met him randomly and he said he was wrestler that appeared with Hogan at WM, fought Hogan and HBK in a tag match, got smashed by Undertaker etc I'd think he was chatting bollocks. Fair play though even back then I could tell he was a talent

All signs pointed to that huge push and do I believe he would've won the title eventually. As you mentioned, he was working with some big names and everything looked like it was going well... until that episode of Smackdown.
