When sol told sunjae that she can't look at him, that was when the 2009 accident happened. So, in this reality, the accident didn't happen yet and sol didn't tell sunjae he scares her yet.

the timeline is when the accident happened already thats why when sunjae found sol, she didnt where she was… then she rejected sunjae later cuz she does not know who he was and still liked taesung which they also did not get back together since she told him that if ever that happens then do reject her.. then the college reality is the recent timeline without sunjae being in the hospital

Oh, I think the taesung bad boy type of image came from before Im sol time traveled🤔 then, he was a bad boy, but after im sol and him dated a bit, my guess is that he changed a little clearly

So in the original timeline before Im sol went back in time, sunjae didn’t actually die from suicide he died because of the murderer. Because in the first episodes we see the murderer bump into Im sol at the concert which tells us that he knew of sunjae and because their was a door bell rang before he died that night we now know from sol altering the future when she came back that it was in fact the murderer. It’s a bit confusing to explain 😭. Original time: • Sunjae saves im sol from the murder • murderer goes to jail • murderer gets released from jail and is at the eclipse concert where he bumps into Im sol cracking her phone • murderer goes and rings sunjaes door bell where we can assume that he attacked sunjae that then killed him. I’m still not 100% sure on this one but I think that he took some maybe sleeping pills that we saw on his desk that night he met I’m sol because of how he felt and then when he got attacked he fell in the pool and the pills he took make him drown

i actually disagree with this one. Am I the only one who thinks that he truly committed su*c**e in the original timeline and it's because of her getting into an accident and not being able to walk. in which he felt very guilty because he was the one who saved her and in the hospital, she was like yelling at him and blaming him for saving her. I think that really was very painful for him and that he carried that burden for 15 years and that's why he was depressed and jumped. In Hyuk even called her and told her that Sunjae wanted to apologize to her so badly hence even after 15 years he was still carrying that burden. I think if he really was killed or pushed then there should be like a report of a foul play. Like the door should be open or they must've seen something in the hotel's CCTV just like what happened on the second timeline where he was stabbed and the bad guy was shown on the CCTV footage entering his room and there was none of that in the original timeline. yes, it would be very disheartening to think that Sunjae really wanted to kill himself knowing about him and his positive personality but a lot of time has passed. It's been 15 years and we never really know what happened with him on that time so there really is a possibility of him being depressed because of her.

i think sunjae never commit a su*cide. I think this proven in one of the episodes where he meets sol again in the bridge and have a chance to talk to her in his house, i think in that episode the writer implies that sunjae is not suffer in depression to the point he want to k*ll himself, he said "why would i die" in that episode in his house, he seems very sure about it and didn't seem ambigous at all. plus in the original timeline there is a door bell before sunjae fell. in the original timeline (the one that makes im sol can't walk) why the murderer want to kill sunjae is because sunjae made him arrested by clinging on his body untill the end so that the murderer can't escape. that gives the motive to the murderer to kill sunjae as soon as he got released from the jail. and he got released from the jail in the future, that's why we heard a door bell right before sunjae fell from the balcony in to the pool in the first episodes. in the original timeline ofc he felt so bad about what happen to im sol, and he also think that it's his fault, but by the way the writer's trying to potray sunjae's character, i don't think he's in the stage to the point he want to commit su*cide, baecause if he want to do it, he'll do that when he talks to imsol in the phone in the radio station. because at that time im sol seems very unstable and that must've been very hard too for sunjae because then he will blame himself a lot more knowing im sol's condition gotten worst that time. but instead he try to give power and positive massage to im sol, and saved her once again. that's why i think he's not k*ll*ng himself in the original timeline, or any timeline.

Yea I wish they could of talked more or shown more about what happened in the original timeline on how he died because I do think he was depressed and maybe took some antidepressants because of the guilt but then the murderer potentially pushed him over the balcony edge that made him fall in the pool. I do know in the webtoon he did commit but I heard they altered and left it open ended bc it felt to close to real life idols unfortunately committing

I think they showed how depressed he was just to misleade us at the beggining. They showed Im Sol bumping into the killer at the concert and the door bell ringing just like the second time when she tried to avoid it. She came back in the past right when they were about to do an autopsy, so maybe they would have discovered the truth, we don't know. In the future it shows also that those medicines were not for depression but those were vitamins, Considering the plot of the show I don't think it was because of his depression, this is just my opinion.

You got it wrong, she still haven't told him that she don't wanna see him, it will happen after the accident in May 10, 2009 after she got abducted for the 2nd time. She is just not talking to him in this time because it was the old Im Sol who that doesn't know who Sun Jae is. She ignored him after the 1st abduction where Im Sol suddenly went back to the future, and Sunjae is confused why she's ignoring him so much

If you remember, Tae sung was a rebellious student in the past, always in the police station for fighting, he's smoking and sneaking to enter school because he's always late. Also in the original timeline her friend mentioned that Taesung did not graduate high school because he got in to a huge fight and got kicked or dropped out of school. Yes he's a good guy, he's just a troubled teenager 'coz of his family problems. Im Sol saved him
