Heya lads!
Hope you'd great craic watching CYN with us (or as well as you can with Control Your Narrative lol) and really appreciate the open minds the episode was met with. I was kinda shocked how measured people's opinions was. This is my fav comment!

I imagine if we reviewed this right after it came out, we'd have a lot more crazies jumping in on us, lol. Anywoo, with CYN on the books (in the pocket, out of sight!) the next recording session is the Xmas episode. What would u like us to review? Absolutely any Christmassy wrestling show, lemme know what you think would be fun for us and for you, and why! (sell me on it!) I've a few ideas but i thought it'd be cool to ask you guys :) If you like someone else's idea, please upvote it so i know it's something to consider.

See ya in the funny pages!

Love, Jay 💚

I say you should cover the first episode of the Simpsons, since that was a Christmas episode

Andrew Green

The raw with Del Rio hitting Santa with the car. It’s the best kind of wrestling stupidity.

Katia Lyng

Ernest saves christmas

Mr. Fretz

Alberto hits Santa with his car 2012, Ric Flair’s Christmas party with Tajiri dressed as Santa 2001.

Jo Meader

Maybe a super cut/medley of one of each of your favourite Irish or British TV Christmas specials?

Sean Curley

Armageddon 2008 or Raw 12/23/13

Jordan

Santa's Slay, Christmas film starring Goldberg. While I haven't seen it, it has a Rotten Tomatoes audience score of 44% so I'm sure it'll be pure bollocks

Bjorn Olson

How about Santa’s Slay, aka the Goldberg Christmas movie?

Matthew 'The Gentleman Gamer' Dawkins

Got to be WWE RAW: December 24, 2012, the venue for the Miracle on 34th Street Match during the peak of WWE blandness. Cena vs. Del Rio fight for Santa!

Jamiedinho

Jingle All the Way

Jordan Cormack

Season 3 Ep 20/21 of Saved by the bell “Home for Christmas”

Jaybles Plays Games

Mark Henry Vs Damien Sandow the Raw just before Christmas 2013 would be awesome just for that pure Santa v Santa bollix

Matthew Lloyd

a review/list of best movies that take place at Christmas, but aren't typical Christmas movies. Die Hard or Batman are prime examples

Freeze1365

Is there any Christmas raw episode where the big show was Santa? Either that or review one of the first few Tribute to the Troops

Jake Kelly

Christmas Raw 2012 aka 🎶Santa got run over by a scumbag, that they just babyface oh no🎶

James Carlson

That one RAW from 2012 where Alberto Del Rio hit Mick Foley Santa. One cause it's you three enduring PG era WWE, total Wrestlecrap and any chance to make fun of Del Rio. Also, the WWE wrestlers sang along to a Christmas song... God help us. Though it did give birth of Cena's "FOR SANTA" during the street fight

LadderCoins

Armageddon 2000 is a personal favourite that also happens to fall in December, but it's not particularly Christmassy. Chock full of Attitude Era bollix though

Matthew Mulhall

WWF Prime Time Wrestling Christmas Special 1989. Old school awesomeness.

The One Nerd

Might I suggest ECW Holiday Hell from 12/23/2000 It has been a good long while since you have dipped your toe into ECW, and the last ECW storyline was one of my favorites. While the show itself is not particularly Christmas themed per se, it does have some history behind it, being the last ECW arena show. In the same vein, is Holiday Hell from 95 which has Cactus Jack vs Sabu, as well as Raven vs Sandman for the World title. Again, both not strictly "Christmas" shows, but they are called Holiday and could be a good mix up in the norm.

Joe White

Kendo Nagasaki's Disco Ladder Match

Skye Rei

Heres an Idea: The AEW Holiday Bash of 2023 comprised of both Dynamite and Collision! One of the last goes with the Hardy's, El Hijo De Vikingo! Boo Boo Face thunder rosa! SWERVE V RUSH! so many great and fantastic matches and it gives you a chance to talk about the awsome Continental Championship!

Chris Pickford

Glen Jacobs run as the Christmas creature

Danny Hayes

Dream - Learn to Play Golf with Mr OOC (at Xmas). Actual - Santa’s Slay

Phish Kid86

Just gonna lay out a few suggestions: December to dismember 95 (ECW) Raw 12/24/01 bubba claus vs Tajri claus! WCCW Christmas Star Wars 1982

Connor Hicks

OVW Christmas Chaos

Mr. Fretz

Santa’s Slaying

Remi Lanteigne

The December 20, 1999 edition of Monday Night RAW. Featuring McMahon-Helmsley in full control and feeling festive, Mankind fighting with multiple Santa's, Jay's boy Test getting buried, V1's boys Matt Hardy and Christian in the same match, OOC's off brand boy Hardcore Holly vs Val Venis in a Holiday Topless Top Rope Match, and my boy Al Snow vs The Rock!

Homerstar

Thanks for sharing my comment, that means so much to me. Anyways, I pitch the Raw episode where Del Rio runs over Santa. That feels like some good Wrestling bollocks.

Luke Stoneleigh

The Big Show Show Christmas episode on Netflix

Mike Mackler

Starrcade 1997 (Hogan-Sting) or Starrcade 1998 (Goldberg-Nash). Both took place mere days after Xmas, and both were prime examples of WCW doing something that made you say “how did you screw this up?”. Feel free to choose What Starr-Cade you prefer.

RealDoubleJ

A lovely nogger has already suggested ECW. I second this, I have no idea how accessible the footage is for Holiday Hell events or the original December to Dismember (1995) but there was also the Massacre on 34th Street ppv from 2000 that I definitely remember in my Blockbusters Why? It's been an age since you guys watched/reviewed ECW and you guys might be too burnt out on TNA to review their Turkey Bowls this Xmas (and God no I don't want to wish 2010s Xmas Raws and Smackdowns on you all)

El Patron

The Father Ted Christmas Special. Not wrestling related at all, but it nearly had a lingerie pillow match. It's Ireland's biggest lingerie section, I understand.

Tymoor Rahman

The episode of raw where Alberto Del Rio ran over Santa

James Ferran

WCW Nitro Christmas Day 1995

John D

Del Rio running over Santa and being a heel for a day in the midst of his face run. Great bollocks

Anthony Lowther

The first thing that jumped to my mind is King of the Ring 2002. Mostly to hear you gush over Brock Lesnar vs Test.

Connor Ennis

New Years baby Big Show

James Horbury

Monday Night Raw (12/24/12) Del Rio killing Santa and Cena seeking revenge

The One Nerd

Holiday Hell 95 is on the network/Peacock. The 2000 one can be found in other methods. I found a good quality version on youtube.

Dr. Judge, Private Eye

As always, I will suggest and request and beg you to do a full review of "Blown Awaaaaaaaaaaaaay." That Homerstar's a good egg! I agree, it was genuinely entertaining watching you guys give the show credit and then almost IMMEDIATELY have the show itself snatch it back away. That "eighty-eight percent" clip was like fingernails down my spinal fluid.

Lord Zedd

Jingle All the Way. You get the Terminator, “wrestling” New Years Baby, while dealing with Sinbad. Put that cookie down, grab your overpriced Turbo Man action figure and review the best Christmas movie in my totally not biased opinion. Also, What Bar is Turbo Man? A Kit Kat Gold.

Andrew

The Christmas RAW from December 20, 1999 - we need to have the Mean Street Posse featured on OSW!

Chris Wynia

Picture it. Survivor serirs. Wwf championship match. Our hero gets put in a sharpshooter and Vince calls for the bell! Pandemonium! It's 1998 and a new champion has been crowned! The deadly games tournament featuring a who's who of the attitude era and some say the hight (other say a sign of what's to come crashing down) of Vince Russo's booking. Man's men, bossmen missing run ins, mick foley not broken down and the being of the Rock (and Foley's) main event runs!

Liam

Raw December 20 1999

James Underwood

1. Santa with Muscles (Staring Mr Hotdog Hulk Hogan)

Smith RK

The first ECW PPV I ever saw live was also the 2nd to last PPV I believe. Massacre on 34th Street 2000. Do it, just because. Brah's!

James Underwood

2. Christmas Bounty with The Miz

3. A Wrestling Christmas Miracle 😂

Eoin Davis

Ecw Holiday Hell 1995. Pitbulls Anto and Gary against Kronus and Saturn, Cactus vs Sabu, Three, count them, THREE Tommy Dreamer matches, and 2 Cold Scorpio’s swinging dick. Merry Christmas

8bitactor

In no particular order - Santa’s Slay film - Armageddon 1999 - Armageddon 2000 - Vengeance 2001

AussieDragoon

Santa with Muscles or A Wrestling Christmas Miracle

Douglas Fender

Santas Slay starring Bill Goldberg! It's gotta be this

Paul Unwin

The WWE Christmas collection DVD

Al

If anyone has said Christmas madness on Monday Night RAW. December 20, 1999 I second it! Reason - mainly because Mick is such a nice guy and did the xmas cameo and this episode has Mankind vs. Santa Claus. Boiler room match!

Terry

ECW Massacre On 34th Street

Gummy Davidson

Armageddon 2004 has Kurt Angle vs Santa and John Cena vs Jesus in a Street Fight.

Connf

The raw from 2012 where del rio hits Santa with his car

Jonathan Bourdeau

I would say raw 2001 christmas cause of tajiri as santa.

John Seiler

ECW Massacre on 34th street would be such a killer show to do. I’d love to hear their thoughts on 2000s ECW.

Santa's village of the damned episode of Two and a Half Men

Lee Thomas

Knowing Me, Knowing Yule in Alan's 'mock up' house

Nathaniel

A Jingle all the way review with a Arnie retrospective would be pretty awesome (plus some big show action)

SirGeeeO

Raw 20 December 1999 (S07E51) These one off shows are a perfect opportunity for a random tv episode that wouldn't be covered otherwise. Crazy attitudes era shenanigans. Mankind vs Santa in a boiler room brawl. For all those people saying "I want the attitude era!" No, you don't

Andrew Graydon

Would love a shoehorned in review of the Father Ted Christmas special, "A Chrismassy Ted".

Dug Mygraves

Ooh I'd love to guys to cover the Captain N: Game Master Christmas special!

Mark of Minos

I'd also like to express my fondness for Jingle All the Way.

the1andOpie

Jingle all the way would be amazing

Simran Omega

Santa with muscles

Justin6d

A tribute to the troops episode of smackdown

Seán McBride

Santa's Slay starring GOLLLLLLLLDBERRRRRG

Kai Eastwood

Massacre on 34th Street. Not only is in my opinion a pretty good ppv. But with it being ECWs 2nd to last ppv it sets up a nice retrospective. Also Ratfaced Knacker Justin Credible at his most Ratfaced and Knackery

Joriss

Either Santa's Slay or Jingle All the Way

Sean Buckelew

RAW actually took place on Christmas December 25th 2017 and IT WAS BOLLOCKS! Drifter Vs. Cena! Kane Vs. Heath Slater! Wyatt and Broken Mat Hardy! Purple belt Cruizerweights in a Mircale on 34th Street Fight! Kurt Angle's son Jason Jordan in the main event! It is horrific and stupid and amazing!

Tea Breath

A video going over the various Christmas films starring or featuring wrestlers.

Chase Martins

ecw december to dismember 1995

Dexter Mosby

AEW Holiday Bash 2021 Dynamite and Rampage. Rampage aired on Christmas night. I was there at the show and it’s my favorite that I’ve attended live.

Graham Clark

A Santa with muscles and jingle all the way 2 double feature. Or jingle all the way 1 since it has big show

Michael Harris

I'm gonna pitch going back and continuing the trend of a Christmas Mania review. In 2020 we got Mania XI, so how about this year we get Mania XII? Iron Man match, hollywood backlot brawl, hunter feed to warrior, Austin vs SAVIO VEGA, plus the payoff of the Huckster and the Nacho Man.

Iain

I'd like to suggest the 1991 VHS 'WWF Funniest Moments" not necessarily christmassy but full of old WWF cringy nonsense. Used to watch it a bunch as a kid but haven't seen it in about 30 years. If not as a Christmas episode, would love it as a Bruce bonus sometime. Think there was another one that came out in 2001 too, could do both in one episode 🙂. The 1991 VHS one though for sure, never know, might actually be something funny in it!!

Michael Bree

Jay, you have the chance to do something awful here. 2nd Chance for Christmas. An awful Christmas Hallmark film, RVD is barely in it and the lads will get furious when they realise they've been tricked into watching a terrible, terrible film.

Tim Loss

Armageddon 2008!!! 8 women Diva Mixed Tag... Do i need to say more... Oh Jeff hardy winning the belt plus Punk vs Rey....

Tim Loss

May i also suggest instead of a Yule log this year we have a "Moe" Log???

Fergus Jeffs

I'd like to recommend the Hulk Hogan Christmas classic Santa With Muscles. As many people need to see this as possible. It's probably the worst Christmas movie I've ever seen.

QRNTN

Seconding this. RedLetterMedia featured it in one of their past Xmas Best of the Worsts, and it looks like perfect OSW material. (To say nothing of Hulk's woeful acting and the utter insanity of him trying to come across as a 20-something in the movie.)

David Highfield

Will second Santa with Muscles, my friend had it on DVD and made me watch it on two occasions. Always remember the line "never stop to smell the roses"

Richard Rinderknecht

i would go with ether urban commando with getting "frozen today" or the Christmas episode of hulk hogans rock n wrestling cartoon show
