okay, actually this time, no more date-related stuff for a bit! if you'll excuse me indulging, i only just noticed browsing through some old folders that i was coming up on some of my oldest digital art (that i actually still like) being 10 whole years old as of today, and I figured id do a quick little something to commerate.

when i started out i was drawing only with a mouse on some really shitty software that i cant even remember the name of. scott pilgrim vs. the world had been out for over a year by then, and that movie (and the comics i read right alongside the release of it) would serve as the catalyst for getting me properly into art in the first place. took a while, but i think i got a decent hang of it eventually.
