With this simple patch for the Bitwig Grid that works in every modular environment, you can maintain a nice volume level without messing with sliders and let the devices do the work.

Update: There is also a fancy version of this:

Defined Remotes
Input / Output gain in db
Detection HP / LP so it only reacts to ceratin frequencies
Oscilloscopes for Detection/Input/Output/Follower to get an idea what happens
High Pass on the output
the default threshold is lower
