I thought this was a really ambitious audio 😯 As others have said, it had a bit of everything in it, so there’s bound to be at least 1-2 aspects of it that most people are going to like. It felt a bit like a “Year in Review” kind of audio - mix some of the most popular themes explored in 2017 all into one recording. Which, of course, is fitting for a NYE audio. It’s also fitting for a SantaForce audio, where one of the aims was to (presumably) try to cater to as many tastes as possible. When I compared this audio to “Cozy Christmas Cabin” (i.e., the other recent multifaceted SantaForce audio), I felt that Cozy Christmas Cabin seemed a bit...I don’t know, perhaps <i>smoother</i> in comparison. I really enjoyed how both audios started off with stories and jokes, because who doesn’t like stories and jokes? 😃 But for the remainder of the audios, Cozy Christmas Cabin felt like the audio equivalent of <i>The Avengers</i> while Longest Kiss was like <i>Suicide Squad</i>. (Ooh, Marvel vs. DC - it’s about to get all nerdy up in here! 🤓) If you’ve seen any of The Avengers movies, you’ll know that the characters are familiar to (and loved by) a lot of viewers, and they all jive really well together. They all have different strengths and weaknesses, but they share common traits like being courageous and funny. Although Gael’s stories/jokes, romantic audios, and meditation/relaxation audios are quite distinct from one another, Cozy Christmas Cabin seemed to flow easily from one to the other. I’m sure there’s a few unifying themes in that audio, but the first one that comes to my mind is making the listener feel cared for (despite not really venturing into sexual topics). <i>Suicide Squad</i> was an action-packed movie filled with some total badass characters. But at least to me, it felt a bit disjointed because they jumped around from one character to the next (e.g., exploring their background and how they got their powers), with some plot points thrown in here and there (e.g., rescuing Viola Davis’ character, having to stop Enchantress from destroying the world, the Joker trying to get Harley Quinn back, etc). Just when you started to get a handle on one character or plot point, the focus suddenly shifted, which made things a bit haphazard. There also didn’t seem to be much charisma between the characters because 1) they all had their own agendas, and 2) some of them were given so little screen time that we didn’t get to know them at all and were subsequently left to wonder why they were even in the movie in the first place. Longest Kiss was definitely an action-packed audio, but I guess it felt similarly haphazard to me. <b>[Spoiler alert!]</b> It starts with the funny story, then seems like it’s going to take a romantic turn with the long, sweet NYE kiss. But when it moves to the “tie up the listener and have her get down on her knees” part, it made me think <i>”Okay, I guess we’re switching gears to Dominant Gael here. It’s a bit of 180 shift, but hey, why not? 😎”</i> Fast-forward a little bit to the bullet vibe portion. I was pretty pumped about this part because vibes don’t always make an appearance in audio scenarios, and I assumed that Dominant Gael would edge the listener’s character with it. <i>”Ooh, wait for it, Doctimus,”</i> I thought. <i>”Any second now!”</i> Gael: “Can you hear that? Hmm? You see that buckle - that belt buckle? In between your soft breasts...” <i>”Wait, what? Belt buckle? What happened to the bullet vibe?!”</i> Now, I can appreciate why the belt buckle made an appearance because there are a lot of fans of it. And while I’ll give creativity points for how it was used in the audio, I guess it felt a bit random to me. I mean, I could see Dominant Gael using it to bind the listener’s hands, tie her to the headboard, or maybe even lightly spank her with it. But running it along her junk was a tad unexpected, albeit unique. (However, I’d discourage anyone from trying this IRL unless you’ve disinfected the darn thing first because it sounds like a nice way to get a bladder infection and/or a cold if you’re licking it 😦😝) I’ll confess that I got a little bit lost in the segment after the belt buckle, when the bullet vibe came into play. If I remember correctly, Gael was using the bullet vibe on the listener while going down on her, then he started fingering her while vibing her, and then he switched to simultaneously licking his fingers and going down on her, all within the space of approx. 3 minutes. It was an action-packed 3 minutes, no doubt, but I found myself thinking, <i>”Wait, what are you doing with which body part right now? I’m a fan of multitasking and all, but I can’t keep track of what’s going where and what’s getting licked and gah, I’m such a dum-dum so let me rewind this section and have a second listen 😳”</i> The ending was swell, though 😏 Three cheers for bringing back the bullet vibe, and the aftercare’s always a nice touch 👍 Overall this is a sexy audio, and it definitely does try to cater to a lot of listeners. It seemed like like there was a lot packed into it (which in itself is totally fine), but the transitions between the different sex acts felt a little jumpy. Although to be fair, I can see this happening if 1) you have to work under the time constraints of an audio, 2) there’s improv involved (which does make things sound more authentic compared to scripted work), and 3) you’re having to pull double duty between making a coherent audio <i>and</i> fapping your way into 2018. So I very much take my hat off to you on that account 😝👌
