I’m starting to feel like u’re connected to the fbi or something. You know when you’ve been thinking about idk redoing your kitchen or something then ads for like cabinets pop up on all your media...your timing is starting to be suspiciously perfect 😱😜

Got a Tinnitus for way over a month now... So far nothing helped to ease it, on the contrary. This audio on headphones at least made me relax for 20 minutes. Thank you, Gael!

Oh you poor thing😳 I know exactly how you feel. I‘m suffering from tinnitus for years now and I still remember too well how bad it was in the first months😫 Maybe you’ll be lucky enough and it’ll disappear by itself soon. But if not, I’d like to encourage you by telling you that you’ll learn to live with it and that you’ll hardly notice it in the future. Nowadays, I usually only notice it when I’m very stressed. Audios like this one are really helpful to get a little distracted🙏🏼😊 But there are also many apps that are specifically created for tinnitus patients... Give it a try👍🏼 I keep my fingers crossed that it’s perhaps just a temporary tinnitus🤞🏼🤞🏼 All the best for you😘

Another migraine sufferer, here - Although my migraines lessened up considerably about 4 years ago, I still have killer sinus infections, and, of course, the arthritis! So this softly-spoken, caring, gentle audio is better than 95% of my pain medications, and had me slipping off to sleep at the end. But I’m wondering - Are there any fellow-Lovelies out there who actually answer back when G asks something, or thank him when he massages your temples, etc.? Or is it just me?! Since the age of 11 I have consistently gotten at least 8 migraines a month and still hope that one day that all changes. But for now, THANK YOU for getting this right!!! TLC, cold dark room, soft noises, no sudden movements to elevate heart rate, no trying to cause endorphins in order to alleviate the pain. Perfection!!! This will be on the lifesaving playlist a the top of the heap. There are only a handful that have made this golden playlist. Only calm, peaceful love and affection for the soul. I hope someone does the same for you G, you deserve it. XXOOXX

I love this. I have to say it took me a minute to get used to the music. I wd have liked a little less volume on the melody/nature sounds or a little more from your voice the first time I listened. Once I got used to the beautiful tune, it was easier for me to let it fade into the background. I will definitely listen to this one again (I’ve already gone through it twice lol). Everyone experiences headaches differently though and I’m not a great “baseline” on the headache spectrum with everything my body is going through right now. I will give it another listen later tonight or tomorrow though and see if it’ll help my brain pain. New headphones just arrived today and I’m thrilled to have more than a half a pair of earbuds to listen through. Which also means I can listen to audios more accurately (is that a thing?) ..any-so, I hope you’re faring well friend! We all love you for all you do! Kiss kiss hugs -`ღ´-

It's called metereopathy .... the one I suffer from. My body follows the changing climate. But now at least it is relieved by these sweet tonal and musical notes .....(-°◡°)- ♡

No prescription stuff, but I've tried every over the counter meditation you can think of. Drugs freak me out with all their "warnings," so I try not to take them if possible. None fully do the trick, but ibuprofen knocks it down the most for me when I take it. I usually just turn all the lights off, have a cup of tea and wait it out though.
