So my plan is to chillax at home, play with my cats & cook something good for lunch 😊 and of course will be doing some shoveling which is a good workout on a day like this.. I seriously needed to hear this today, as I was debating whether to go to work today. After reading this and doing a quick mental health check-in, I've decided to take the day off, and now I'm off to the gym. Work will resume tomorrow😊 Sometimes all it takes is a little gentle reminder to assess ourselves and take a break if need be, otherwise we'll just run ourselves into the ground, and that's not how life is meant to be lived. thank you mr mayor, working today, but will take it as easy as I can, feeling nicely rested as your awesome audio wore me out. Thankfully I have tomorrow and monday off, gonna treat myself to a nice long walk before watching some football, in two weeks I'll be meeting my brother and his friends in Vegas to watch the super bowl, always fun as any time spent with my big bro is a fun time, and Monday gonna go see 1917, so a nice pleasant weekend ahead. make sure you're also taking time fer yerself too, and hydrate!

How sweet of you Gael! You do SO much for us, and still you do more! This does really make me happy though. My classes for college started this week, and I'm super stressed about them because I have so much reading to do already. One of them is also an 8 week course, so I'm going to have so much work to do for it. Then the others are going to ramp up in work the further along we get in them, and my head space is just exploding! Small things like this really help me, cause it allows me to step out of my head space to calm down, evaluate, and stop spiraling into bad thoughts. Long story short: Thanks Gael! 😅

I agree! Patreon doesn't have that capability now so I've been adding extra tags to my audios hoping that will help. I also have plans to have some lists on my website to hopefully help as well! I welcome organization suggestions. It's a mountain of content now like! 😅
