This was very nice, and reminds me of a thing I sometimes do when my kiddos can’t sleep, which my mom did with me when I was little and couldn’t sleep. I dunno where she learned it but I call it “Goodnight Toes.” We start by closing our eyes and saying good night to our toes, and then feet, legs, arms, and so on. This audio sorta has a similar effect. Thank you for all the thought you put into these. We appreciate you! 💕✨
