Peel your spuds like a ravenous Irish person. Chop them but be careful of your pinkies! Bring to boil. Cook until soft, add butter, milk, salt and black pepper and mash into little fluffy Irish clouds.
Wash your carrot well. Scrape the shskin if preferred. Bathe in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, add the All season spice and roast! Ach Bí cúramach! (Be careful) Keep your eye on the lickle fella, you don't want a burned snowman's nose for dinner!
Put the Mac mushy peas in a pot and bring to boil, simmer for 20 mins (ish)
Put the tender, oh so tender stem broccoli in a pot and bring to boil. Cook until soft, soft and tender awwwww!
Add the quorn pieces to the gravy mix, let it simmer.
Add the garden peas, if you have peas in your garden!
Lightly glaze a Pyrex dish with oil and add on a sheet of pastry, pour in the gravy mix when the vegan pieces are cooked.
Cover the dish with another sheet of Paddy's pastry. Glaze with margarine (Or an egg if you eat eggs) to brown. Make those mad leafy things to place on top, Make 4 for extra luck!
Serve all of the mess to make it not look like a dog's dinner, and Bon Appetit!
