Great reaction! This episode is a lot, but I love it! I actually loved all the stuff in the mine because it's so atmospheric, and those vamps are creepy af! I so appreciate that you get the very real truth that Sam and Dean do NOT know they have two more seasons, so their brother is bound to come back to life. There are so many reactors who don't seem to get that, and are always so blasé about it, and kind of rolling their eyes that the boys are still so gutted every time. Like, dudes, they literally never know when they could actually lose each other for real, for good. I appreciate your empathy and love for the boys, so much! You're my favourite reactor for a reason! ❤️ I think Sam's hesitation was not just because he didn't want to admit that he was alive because of Lucifer. I think he was weighing his life against the possibility of letting Lucifer near Jack, letting him influence him negatively, and change the make up of his good heart, thereby making the most powerful creature on the planet susceptible to Lucifer's influence. It's interesting that you said at the end that you think Jack's goodness may influence Lucifer, when Sam is terrified of the exact opposite. Gosh, I love this show and it's many facets and how we all come at it from different angles. 😍 I can appreciate what you're saying about Lucifer. He is absolutely broken, he is absolute evil and the things he's done are completely unforgiveable (in my view anyway). But we also know that he started out as just a petty, whiny angel with daddy issues, just a jealous, spoiled brat, and MAYBE those were traits that could have been altered with time. But then God gave him the mark, and it took all that evil, all that bad inside him and just solidified it, made it powerful and overwhelming. So, I think there is room for pity for him. I'm also very happy you'll be finishing Season 13 before you leave! And it will be so great for us to have Season 14 to look forward when you get back! ❤️
