Glad you enjoyed this one, it's a great episode! I agree with you on literally ALL counts. As usual. Lol! Claire is awesome, and does have a lot of spunk, and we want good things for her. I also completely understand where she's coming from and why she feels how she feels. You're right, the actress (Kathryn Newton) isn't the same actress as the original Claire, but yes - she is a great actress. Very believable in her reactions. I just have to say that I really appreciate the way you addressed how the situation immediately became sexual when Claire walked into that gaggle of terrible men. I've heard some people be annoyed, saying "Why did the writers have to immediately turn it into that?" And the answer is because that would ABSOLUTELY be what happened in that situation. The way you phrased it, saying that it's always like that for women because we have something "that men can take from you" really struck a chord with me. Very well phrased. The situation with Claire here is heartbreaking and sickening in the extreme - but truthful. 😞 I also don't give a crap that those four scumbags are dead. The first time I saw this episode, I was legitimately like, "So? Who cares if they're dead?" But then I quickly realized the bigger problem is what that's going to do to Dean. And as you said, the connotation being that he went very "primal" and completely lost control, which is very worrisome, of course. I never really noticed, until you pointed it out here, how much Dean eats in this episode! I think I never really noticed cause, you know, it's Dean. 😁 I only worry when he doesn't eat! 😄 But I think you're right, I think it all plays into that "primal" mindset. And also, maybe it's Dean trying desperately to make himself happy to counteract the nightmares he's having and the darkness he feels. 😞 Our poor boy. Absolutely fabulous reaction! I also can't wait for the next one! But what else is new? 😁 P.S. Yes, the little rhyme goes: "Night. Night. Sleep Tight. Don't let the bedbugs bite." *Blech*

This episode is okay for me. I have to put it out there, that I am not a Claire fan. I just don't like her. It's not the actress, it's just the character. But, now let me move on to my Queen; Rowena! I mean, I obsess over her. I just adore her so much. I can't get enough of her. I love the way she delivers her lines. If Rowena/Ruth is my Queen, then Dean/Jensen is my king. Dean was watching, I believe, The Three Stooges. Not a fan of them either😀 Also, that story about John doesn't make me like him, but I do agree with John Winchester on one thing; we both hate the New York Yankees😂
