Great reaction. I think that Hao Ting thinks that Xi Gu is scared of him. That really hurt his feelings. I don't think he's angry at Xi Gu, he just feels like Xi Gu doesn't like him in the same way, and he doesn't want to make him feel uncomfortable or threatened.

Yes, what Stephanie said. Hao Ting's relationship with his Dad also sort of demonstrated how some men communicate, or fail in that regard because of not wanting to appear weak. Hao Ting's Dad appeared conflicted between wanting his son to be home during college and conceding to "allow" the relationship Hao Ting worked so hard for... but chose not to speak in the end. Hao Ting really was hurt by Xi Gu's rejection. Xi Gu is so unfamiliar with sex and Hao Ting's behavior was aggressive. He likely got away with it in other relationships, so it makes sense that Xi Gu freaked out a bit. Thank heavens down the road friend Zhi Gang was able to speak from life experience to reassure Xi Gu that his feelings were valid. Sun Bo is such a brat. I love him for it. His character sort of speaks to the people we are a different times of life. Looking forward to the finale. ❤️

Yes Jeevan, as you said it yourself, at the end it felt like a sort of goodbye. So BE WARNED for those who haven't seen the last episode yet. Be shure you have lots of handkerchieves and icecream ready, especially when you'll going to watch it alone.....😭🤧
