Great reaction! I love this show so much! 1. Yes, Chen Wenhao killed himself. 2. Tang Yi is going to jail because he shot a police officer. Even if Meng Shaofei didn't press charges, I'm guessing the police can't let that go. I'm assuming that Meng Shaofei pushing for Tang Yi's release will mean a lighter sentence than normal for that, but I have no idea how long.

Loved the Reaction! Chen Wenhoa did kill himself, he was overcome with grief and regret. Tang Yi beat one cop and shot another so he will be serving sometime. i think they chose not to show how ling to keep the ending on a lighter note. This is my favorite History series so I am happy I got to watch it with you again!

It was fun to see how scared you were of seeing this series end in a bad and dramatic way like "Make Our Days Count"did. Of course I already knew the ending because I saw this series when it was airing. Wel let me say this: From al the HIStory-series (1 to 4), only Make Our Days Count had a bad and dramatic ending. Al the other series don't. Although I have seen al HIStory series, if they all end in a good and happy way, of course I won't tell you. That you have to see that for yourself.

It was such a great series, I don't know why it took me so long to finally watch it. I completely agree with you Jack and Zhao Zi would have deserved much time in this show. Normally I don't care so much about all these side couples in shows but from the first time these two met I hoped they would get together. This building at the end didn't look like a jail to me, I assumed it's a justice building where the trial starts against him.
