I agree, the acting and the quality of this series was as good as aspected from a low budget series. A lot of series from Northern Thailand do not have a lot of budget to spend. So you just have to set your standards low, than this series are quite watchable. Exception in this one is of course A Tale of 1000 stars, wich had a lot more budget to spend. But all Northern Thai series have one thing in common: They are all made in a beautiful scenery of the beautiful Northern Thai nature.

Thanks for reacting to this! I agree with your recap. I think what made me appreciate this one was the story was not canned, the scenery and the music. Maybe Din being such a hotty bad boy may have played into it a bit as well...
