I do like BohnDuen but yeah that was something I didn't really like is that Duen is quite childish which sort of influences how Bohn treats him or reacts to him

The guy you are talking about is from another country and doesn't speak Thai or speaks it very badly. He was added to the cast due to a deal the producers made with another production company to get funding or collaborate, I read somewhere. So all his dialogue was dubbed.

I don't know if they really wanted Duen to look a little bit stupid/ naive or just happened but to be honest his face and his expressions makes him look like this...I think he is supposed to be the cute/naive type But this is a comedy?

I really enjoyed this show the first time I watched it and now I am watching it again with you. It can be silly and maybe even ridiculous at times, but I think of it kind of like a cartoon. It doesn't need to be realistic or relatable, just enjoyed for what it is. Thanks for the insight into Mek. I was perplexed by his dialogue as well. Totally makes sense now.
