I’m going to be a thyme apologist for a little bit lol, yes he should’ve spoken to her privately and well since it’s still an adaptation they left the initial angry reaction but this one is still more tame then the other versions. The photos don’t look good for gorya and she wasn’t really explaining herself in that instance, so thyme just thought oh she went out to be practically an escort. I don’t really think him drinking and girls going to him is similar to gorya actively taking that job, he was there just to drink the girls were ignored so he wasn’t really doing anything worse than she was. The double standard in this episode was the fact that gorya was condemned for doing that job and bullied by her classmates, when thyme was also put on social media by hana going to her place drunk and no one put up a fuss bc he was a guy and it’s expected albeit he was drugged and it wasn’t his fault but just food for thought :)
