I commented a few episodes ago that I hoped Pai will find out who assaulted Sky because that's the cause of the trauma surrounding him. I wouldn't say he has self-esteem issues... it's much more than that. I hope whoever assulted Sky gets what they deserve.

Pai didn't want to go to the party when he had a chance to stay with Sky. :) As the two women are talking about Pai in the kitchen, I really needed a Cutie Pie moment when Kuea tells the waitstaff that the guy they're talking about is his man. Further, seeing Pai like that, I really did want Sky to go in and give Pai the LOOK. But that aside, Pai's been actively pursuing Sky for _months_. Did it take too long to brush the guy off? Maybe. He wasn't in the house for more than 30 minutes, so how much could have he done? Pai didn't know that Sky had come in, so it's not like he knew that Sky had seen him. He's thinking this is all coming out of the blue. There's been nothing that Pai's done until this very moment to give Sky any hint that he's doing anything other than thinking about/taking care of him. Sky leaving Pai on read for weeks is basically throwing him away without even telling him he did something. Bleh. Sky's past effed him up, certainly, and we know enough to know it was bad, but it will be interesting to see what we learn. I'm more than a little upset that we're going to get some big drama in the last episode of the series. Not like we haven't had 12 episodes already to reveal/heal the trauma. Let's just shove it into the end. *rages quietly*
