So while I love One Piece, a genuine complaint I have is about the fighting at times. In a lot of fights, Luffy's opponents give him the chance to get stronger. If you think Luffy is such a big future threat to Big Mom, why not just go for the kill immediately. Its similar to how the Navy allowed Luffy to reach to this point where he is worth 1.5 billion. Why not finish him when he was weaker? What are your thoughts?

Love how ridiculously big brained you guys are and I have a few questions 1. If they had this much trouble with Big Mom do you think they stand a chance against a guy proclaimed “ the king of beasts” 2. I think the reason that Garp wanted Luffy and Ace to join the marines so badly is because it was a way to protect the D name and they could also be psychos like Akainu and be protected, but what do you think 3. Do you think Big mom was initially taken advantage of when it came to her bearing children and doing the deed because big mom is 68 and her oldest is 50 that means 18 she already pumped out a baby what do you think though?

Not a question question exactly but I notice you caught the tones underneath the issue and I love you for that. While many people saw whole cake as a reused Enies Lobby, bashing Sanji for his thoughts and actions as stupid, non-founded or Oda recycling the same story, I think it portrays how many men see the world, and that makes me identify with him a lot (with his past too, but that's another story). How he used the rules of pirates to lock himself out of the other “selfish” options in order to fulfill “his duty” because men are often only seen worth as much as the value they provide and when that value plummets, being themselves is worth zero, and they need to remove themselves from the equation because nobody loves them for who they are “nor they should”, that's why he said he's “indebted to everyone he met”, because when he looked for love from his very father, he rejected who he is and he was unaware of his mother's full love until Reiju explained. If his parents don't recognize he deserves love, who could? And grew up with that idea imprinted in his mind, the “fact” that he's worth nothing. A small parallel to that is Katakuri and Flampee (the bubble sister) (I LOVE BRULEE GIVING HIM THE GROUND TO NO FALL BACK ALONE, COMPLETELY LOVING THAT IMPERFECT, BEAUTIFUL PERSON BUT AT THE SAME TIME, RESPECTING THE PATH HE CHOSE WHEN HE EMBODIED THE IMAGE OF PERFECTION FOR AS LONG AS HE WANTED TO HOLD IT) And how Luffy not only understands how he's using those rules, but shows his unconditional love by not only by getting hit without fighting back but STARVING HIMSELF TO DEATH. Sanji is traumatized from hunger to the point of irrationally feeding people that want to kill him. So in his eyes, starving isn't something someone would just do willingly and Luffy understands that's a language he can use to send the message of “I love you for who you are” across the layers of trauma he has. He knows Sanji's kindess will make him stand his ground to any words said and many actions taken, so he chose to walk the hell Sanji knew, a hell Sanji wouldn't expect anyone to walk just because, so that suffering of hunger would translate in showing how much Sanji is worth to him and his crew, FORCING HIM TO UNDERSTAND IT AND ACCEPT IT. As a cherry on top, even acknowledging that Sanji's value is big enough that, when subtracted, the end result would be he will not becoming pirate king. Makes me cry every time. I made a video about that, but it has spoilers so I won't share it. That's a short summary of it.

Whole cake being Sanji's arc offered his character redemption? At Alabasta I felt we had peak Sanji. His trope was funny, and being the classy gentlemen, and smart agent while being so strong was super cool. Thriller Bark and Fishmen Island destroyed the character for me. In recent episodes you’ve talked about devil fruits possibly affecting the personalities of the people eating them. With bege’s devil fruit allowing him to turn into a fortress where he shelters his allies and family, do you think it somehow affected his personality and gave him protective instincts? Or did he get the devil fruit BECAUSE he had that personality from the start? How confident/concerned are you in oda’s ability to exceed the standard he has set in terms of his storytelling up to this arc? Are you confident he’ll be able to exceed himself for future arcs or are you concerned he might fall short? 😏

1. Fun Fact: Oda said that he likes Smoothie a lot but sadly could not integrate and show her off more in the plot of this arc. Only Luffy (and may be Pedro) got two major fights and remaining people seemed to just focus entire attention on surviving without proper 1v1s. How do you feel about that? (PS: Soul king is still MVP of the arc, the man is built different) 2. At any point did you feel that Carrot would fit well as a permanent fit to the crew? 3. This is one of the very few major story arcs in the story (other than Fishman Island and Skypiea) where marines practically don't appear or affect the plot in any way, even though we're dealing with a Yonko. No one undercover, no hidden subplots. Personally did that come to your attention when watching the arc? 4. How did you feel about the fact that Luffy is being called Fifth emperor of the sea when he could basically do nothing against another Yonko and almost got killed by a sweet commander? 5. Off the hook, try and name as many sons/daughters of big mom as you can 😂

In this arc luffy got the future sight even though he can't use it on a consistent basis just like katakuri. Can you share to us your predictions or expectations on the other power ups that luffy might get in the upcoming arc. There are so many emotional feats in this arc. Can you pick your top 3 emotional moments? Big Mom's territory have various races except for giants. Of the races you've seen, which is the most interesting for you/you would like to see more/know more of in the coming parts of the series? Two questions. Q.1 Big mom has 80+ kids. After she had her 50th kid, what sort of encouragement you think she got from others and/or herself to pop out a couple dozen more? I really want an exploration of inner psyche of Big mom on this matter. What do you think of the Strawhats Oda chose to include in this arc? Having it be Luffy, Nami, Chopper and Brook, while sending Zoro, Usopp, Robin and Franky away? My OP friend group once debated whether having Zoro there would have made a difference in the Sanji vs Luffy fight. Half of us said Zoro would have intervened, but the other half (and I'm in this camp) believe he would have stood back and let them fight, like how he let Luffy and Usopp fight way back when. But I do think it noteworthy that Oda separated Luffy from Zoro, as for most of WCI it was Luffy and Nami and while Nami could hold her own, it would have been a whole different ball game if Luffy had Zoro there to back him up. Your thoughts?

The momments that you like the most or even suprised you. 1. Big Mom eating everyone in Elbaf.. 2. The relashionship between Sanji and Pudding.. or Pudding himself. 3. The fight between Luffy and Katakuri (Luffy learning to improve his haki) also the respect they got for each other. 4. The momment that sanji realizes he want's to back to Sunny.
