Do not pledge through IOS Store (Patreon)

Just FYI that starting November, Patreon has changed their pricing for all new IOS payments. The IOS App store will charge additional 30% membership fee. This does not effect current members. If you are making a new/re pledge, please pledge through the Patreon website to avoid these additional fees.
