No Chapters next week (Patreon)

I'm SICK.

Covid got me and my family on Monday, and I've been steadily getting worse the entire week. I've gotten SHIT done, and I'm in worse shape than when admin week started.

I'm so sorry.

I feel really bad about this, I do. Especially with needing two weeks in July to move, then two weeks in September? I'm beating myself up over this quite a bit. It's not what I've promised all of you. It's not the commitment I've made.

But it's the best option out of a lot of bad ones.

Naturally, I'm more than happy to refund anyone who'd like a refund for the month. I promised one admin week, not an admin week and a sick week, and I'd totally understand anyone who felt it was unfair and wanted their money back for the month.

Over the years, I've folded quite a lot of sick days into admin week's 'flex time'. I've had days in a row where I was sick and not able to write, but the combination of a generous backlog and admin week has let me 'fold in' the sick days into admin week, allowing chapters to be posted without interruption.

I'm too sick this time for too long. It's covid, and I've successfully dodged getting it until now. It took almost 5 years, but it finally got me.

Sorry all. Until I woke up today feeling like death warmed over, I thought I could push through and make it happen anyway. It clearly not going to happen - the most optimistic projection of me getting better is next monday - and I wanted to let you all know ASAP. There will be another reminder probably at the start of next week.
