Happy reunions really are harbingers on doom in this show 😭 Creepy detail with the Salo scene is you can see Jayce's breath but not Salo's. So was he already dead??

dead, or the transformation makes them very cold. Breath doesn't show up if it's same temperature as the room.

My take on the break-up between Vander and Silco: I think it was Vander who led them over the bridge, peacefully at first (why else would the parents leave two little girls home alone, if they weren't fully expecting to be back soon?) or at least not planning to fight, but then something that Silco did (or Vander believed it was Silco who did it) let the Demo escalate into a fight, where molotov cocktails were thrown and Enforcers started shooting. This caused many deaths, amongst them Felicia and Connel. Soon after, the two girls arrive at the scene and Vander takes them home. When Vander dropped them off, he immediately turned around, filled with pain and guilt, put all the blame on Silco and went after him, tried to kill him but Silco managed to escape. I think it was immediately after, because when we saw Vanders silhouette from Silcos perspective, the sky behind him was red. That means they were close to the bridge and the bridge was still burning. After some time Vander came to regret what he'd done, makes him self accountable for what was his share in this mess and tried to find Silco to apologize. With no luck. Vander then took a full u-turn and stepped away from their shared vision of Zaun and concentrated on keeping the peace and raise the children (I imagine that Mylo and Claggor lost their parents on the bridge, too). The rest, as you say, is history...🤔🙈 When Vander and Silco saw each other as brothers, I guess they saw Felicia as their sister, that would explain the trio's closeness and the almost invisible father, because he was an outsider to this friends group. The three might very well have grown up together...🤔🙂 I loved the little moment when Vi almost touched Jinx' shoulder, while she read Vanders letter. And the way she looked at Jinx when they walked on - she was already on the path to reunite with her sister when Vander showed up. Also, did anyone notice that Jinx pointed her gun during the fight at Vi, because she feared Vi could hurt Vander seriously. Both sisters had so many obstacles to overcome, no wonder it took Vanders return to get the sisters back together...😍

I wasn't sure how much to read into it, but I thought it was interesting that in 2x4 when Jinx is playing with Isha and looking into the mirror at her workstation, you see her face as a (mostly) full/whole reflection, instead of the fractured faces/eyes from mid season 1. But then here in episode 2x5, after Vi smashes part of her mirror, we start to see a fractured reflection of Vi. I keep finding so many parallels and self references and symbolism on re-watches.

The flash back, song and then the embrace, with the lyrcis hitting "what have they done to us" always wrecks me.

This episode messed me up. Everything from the flashback through the hug scene had me reaching for the tissues. I had to pause for a few minutes before they moved on to the Salo scene. Re: knowing about League lore and clocking the s1 hints that Vander was gonna be Warwick, from what I've seen, a lot of folks that didn't expect that reveal were a bit confused at first, especially if they had subtitles enabled (they're labeled "Warwick" when Vander says "Powder" at the end of the last episode). Usually I like to go in as blind as possible, but this is one of those cases where I'm glad I picked up on all the hints. The anticipation made the episode very intense

The subtitles thing irks me. Same with identifying "Singed" in Season 1. He never gets called Singed in the entire show. The subtitles should label him The Doctor. And the subtitles should similarly have named Warwick as The Beast, or something like that. It's irritating when shows reveal things like that.
