This was an amazing episode. I love how much Korra has grown. I've seen people say that Korra doesn't have character development, but she's a completely different person from season 1 to now. I would say the change happened around the end of season 2. I love how it's a story of a bratty teenager turning into a mature woman, and it's written really well. Also, I really love how they portrayed trauma and PTSD. It feels very real, and they didn't just forget about it because it's a "kids" show. This doesn't even feel like a kids' show in my opinion. They definitely had a couple of missteps in this series, but overall it's a worthy successor to ATLA.

The entire continuing plotline of Korra's trauma and recovery is why I say that it was so good that Books 3 and 4 were planned out together as a cohesive whole. Book 3 had its own story climax, but then we deal with its fallout and repercussions in a thought-out and comprehensive manner. Zaheer's return was perfect.

I got the Korra comics recently myself. The show I’ve now seen multiple times but I’ve never read the comics. These types of continuation can be very hit and miss but this time around I just want more stories with these characters.

i still get a chuckle whenever Zaheer is in an episode. His VA is Henry Rollins. Rollins was a singer for Black Flag in the 80's and later The Rollins Band in the 90's.
