Set-up: A reclusive nobleman lives in the large estate on the edges of the village, and your father tends to his lordship’s horses. But he has taken ill, and can no longer perform his duties. He needs to go to the big city to visit a specialist that will help cure your father, but the nobleman won’t let him go. There’s been whispers among the villagers that the nobleman is more beast than man, just like his father. Even your father rarely sees him. But you are determined to make sure your father gets the help he needs. So you write to his lordship and tell him you will take your father’s place looking after the horses until he is well again.
