Pinups - Allison TR48 Before and After (Patreon)

Some of these changes are going to be a little subtle, but some certainly aren't. Lol! I decided to use Allison from Chapter 46 and chapter 48 for this one, and specifically Allison from the end of Chapter 48. She was already quite busty and curvy in chapter 46, so her upper body hasn't changed much. The face and lower half though... :D
