Cruella De Vil is on the prowl again, plotting with her fashion designer sidekick to steal more helpless little dogs. Supposedly cured of her penchant for spotty coats, De Vil is released from prison. However, when she discovers that her parole officer's boyfriend runs an animal shelter that has fallen on hard times, she pretends she wants to help out in order to get to the dogs.
