I’ve been adjusting my fitness goals a little bit the past month and it’s been a strange experience. My eating habits have been pretty good but not great, and my work outs have been much more intense than usual. I think this combination is changing the way my body is working. Granted I haven’t wore this shirt in 2 months but when I put it on last night I was in a bit of disbelief. I’m sure it’s a combination of things, but damn girl, when she get so thick?
