So this is pretty much just the intro to my fitness video because the full video will take a while to edit.  This is basically my  "disclaimer" section to explain that I am in no way fit (PUN) to be talking about this stuff but I am going to do it anyway! Its still really fun though, so tkae a look!

Very awesome advice and something guy's definitely should take to heart. While women definitely have things much rougher than we do as far as societal beauty standards, we don't get off easy all the time either.
