Well I finally finished the second part to my fitness video!

It is about 10 mins long and took forever to edit because I honestly had to leave a lot out to make sure it wasn’t TOO boring. I essentially just covered 4 topics that you guys asked me to talk about: suppliments, meal prep, form, and motivation.

Also, I bent my SD card which had two new videos on it. I took it to best buy to see if it could be restored but sadly, it cannot. So, my next video will be the continuation of my cosplay video and then I’ll be doing a mega give away video (which was one that I recorded and lost)

try not to fall asleep!

Great video as always and sharing your experiences and stumbles are definitely helpful for others. You don't need to be an expert or a doctor to provide encouragement to others and you do a great job acknowledging when expert advice should be sought. Keep up the good work, mate. P.S. Embrace the fur

Just watched it. Thanks for sharing your story! I'm sure you inspire many others out there! I'm still trying myself too! Wish we could be gym buddies together. :)

I can't think of enough positive adjectives to describe you. You are just one of my favorite people...which feels weird because I don't really know you lol but THANKS INTERNET AND SOCIAL MEDIA! I don't think any of us expect you to be an expert, but it's great hearing your experiences. I definitely do admire you, and hearing you talk about your personal struggle makes you even more real and relatable. Two things I WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree with here...accountability partners are key, and sometimes you just have to start regardless of motivation. Just do SOMETHING. Something is always better than nothing. Also...want to be my workout partner??
